BuildBot - ntdll winetest suite breakage

Appears that there are a couple of problems when running the ntdll suite. From the file test to the end of the ntdll suite (so that covers file, info, large_int, om, path and port), the test would either terminate with nt error 0x0000001a (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT), or fail to start at all, with the following debug log:

The problem is intermittent: some of the test runs manage to cover the entire suite. It seems to have started after the ARM team switched the MM in ROS to ARM3.
