UNIMPLEMENTED: gdi32: GdiDrawStream

Official 42580.
Using ms remote desktop client with the command line I'm able to see the login screen of the remote computer but some texts are mirrored vertically and horizontally, see screenshot.

After canceling the connection ros crashes:
