When pressing key on "press any key to boot from cd" in rEFIt on MacBook, the system simply restarts

    Description

      When using debug-build i get passed the "Press any key to boot from CD" prompt but cannot choose language. In the release build, the system just restarts again.

      Build: 43265 (trunk/bootcd-rel)
