can't uninstall programs through the add/remove programs applet

Official 43476.
I installed FF2, then restarted, then I tried to uninstall through add/remove programs in control panel, I clicked on uninstall also right clicked on it and clicked on uninstall but nothing happened. I reinstalled reactos retrying with the same steps getting the same results. Nothing releveant in the debug log.
