      First patch

      Here is a first patch for ddraw.dll. Kernel side is being discussed in CORE-4490.

      Almost all of the ddraw->refcount winetests pass. One remains, due to the fact that IdirectDrawSurface::SetPalette is unimplemented.
      IDirectDraw::Createpalette is implemented too, but needs testing. There are no parameter checks.
