rpcss: NdrFreeBuffer is throwing fatal exception

I get this: (ntoskrnl/ke/i386/exp.c:1053) Kill rpcss.exe, ExceptionCode: 6ba, ExceptionAddress: 7c70213b

Every time I boot with VirtualBox. Audio doesn't work, sc query doesn't show audio services.

Opening servman.exe gives me "ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE" the handle is invalid.
Debug log shows:
