      Debug log with backtrace

Tested with revision 44437. To replicate, install ReactOS up to desktop, then mount and install Guest Additions. Vbox at host should have 3d acceleration option marked in Display settings. After installing guest additions, ReactOS color depth is set to 8bit, you need to change it to 32bit again and reboot once more.

Now please run any opengl app. You can try the one i provide with this bugreport. Normally, it should start up and run. In Vbox 3.1.0 you get an endless stream of:

WARNING: MmSecureVirtualMemory at ARM??::VIRTUAL:636 is UNIMPLEMENTED!
WARNING: MmSecureVirtualMemory at ARM??::VIRTUAL:636 is UNIMPLEMENTED!
WARNING: MmSecureVirtualMemory at ARM??::VIRTUAL:636 is UNIMPLEMENTED!
WARNING: MmSecureVirtualMemory at ARM??::VIRTUAL:636 is UNIMPLEMENTED!
WARNING: MmSecureVirtualMemory at ARM??::VIRTUAL:636 is UNIMPLEMENTED!
WARNING: MmSecureVirtualMemory at ARM??::VIRTUAL:636 is UNIMPLEMENTED!

System is deadlocked. I can still enter kdbg and dump the application`s thread backtrace, please see attached debug log.

Still i need a 100% confirmation for this issue, so someone has to test it on Vbox 3.0.12. I will also try to build vbox guest additions on VS to provide more detailed backtrace.
