    Description

      Created an attachment (id=4503)
      Add precompiler condition for GetFontUnicodeRanges

      Added a precompiler condition for inclusion of GetFontUnicodeRanges,
      since LPGLYPHSET is only defined when _WIN32_WINNT >= 0x0500.
      If GetFontUnicodeRanges has been #if'ed already, forget this patch.
      Just my 2 pennies to the pot.
