links and enviroment variables names need rename

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=4540)
      something is in slovak and something in english

      after change of system language we need to change all links/shortcuts and enviroment variables names to current language!
      i think that some simple rename function is missing...
      more advanced feature will be needed when user account managment will be done
