hold at booting ROS

I installed ROS as German Version on qemu 10.2 (Qemu Manager 6.0 [run command: "D:\Programme\QemuManager\qemu\qemu.exe" -L "D:\Programme\QemuManager\qemu" -M "pc" -m 256 -cpu "qemu32" -vga vmware -serial vc -parallel vc -name "ReactOS_0311" -drive file="C:\Documents and Settings\franz\Desktop\ReactOS-0.3.11-QEMU\ReactOS_0311.qcow2",index=0,media=disk -drive file="E:\ROS_downloads\downloads.qcow2",index=1,media=disk -drive file="E:\ReactOS.iso",index=2,media=cdrom -boot c -soundhw ac97 -kernel-kqemu -full-screen -net nic,vlan=0,model=pcnet -net user,vlan=0 -usb -localtime ])

Installe is:
7zip, sound driver, msxml3.msi

Error:
At start up I get the message similar to "user settings loading" and the system holds. After sysrem_reset the "loadling" switch to "setting" and finish emidiatly the start up. This error comes up nearly every second boot.
