cmd: dir executed on two floppy disks only lists the contents of the first one

Listing the contents of a floppy gives a true listing, but subsequent directory listings show the contents of the first floppy. Put another way, the first floppy listing is always displayed when doing a ' dir A: ' on other floppies.
Closing the command prompt window and re-opening a fresh command window does not alter this behaviour.
