      Created an attachment (id=4832)
      wine tests

      Here are two patches.
      First one : add opengl wine tests to rostests.

      Second one :
      Make them pass.
      Partially fix ICD refcounting.

      Tested with both mesa and virtualbox ICDs.

      Could someone please test with real HW/other VM?
