Fix build warnings in CMIDriver (47065)
This patch fixes a whole lot of build warnings in CMIDriver.
The fixes are all for const'ness, signed/unsigned mismatch,
and incomplete initializer bracing. No "actual code" change.
I wish people would brace their initializers properly.
Especially in the audio arena, where there are so many
GUIDs it could make a strong man puke ;P
