Kbdfr.dll french keyboard - Some keys do'nt work

After the last commit in CVS regarding the ALTGR problem , some improvements has
been made as this key is supported now.
The ALTGR key is basically working for most of the ALTGR combinations og keys .
The following keys are not working :
ALTGR+2 = ~
ALTGR+7 = `
ALTGR+9 = ^
ALTGR+° = ]
ALTGR+ + = }

Also the keypad is not working for digits 0,1 ,... but is working for others
keys like INSERT , arrows,ENTER
