    Description

ReactOS should be able to be built on itself, but can't be done atm.

Workarounds needed to get a partial build :
-Disable precompiled headers use in rbuild options (CORE-3979)

-Patch rbuild to avoid an fstat problem (invalid file date detected).

-Use "make -j 1 -k" as build command.
avoids deadlocks (ros is single core atm) and keeps going when getting ERROR_INVALID_NAME
      (CORE-3284)
