Opera: v10.53 has problems with connecting

First run- it loads some part of home page. After restart - new part. After few restarts it loads all home page. manual brousing don't works. Seems few seconds after start connection dissapears.
When trying to start Opera with set Condition * first always always appears first exception(see debug log 1) but it's not critical.
Second exception(see debug log 2) may appear, may not or Ros hangs before lines:

(ntoskrnl/mm/mmfault.c:162) Page fault at high IRQL was 2, address 6c0088 

Entered debugger on first-chance exception (Exception Code: 0xc0000006 (Unknown/User defined exception)

When setting local home page(when starting opera with automatic openeng home page) Opera don:t crashs.
