pnotes bsod again

I testing the bootcd-47842-dbg version, previously i report a problem with program pnotes that gave a blue screen (resolute recently), but I obtain a blue screen again and reactos in debug mode with the program mounted as iso file is freezed(iso as CD-ROM unit), attach the output file and bsod too to you debug:
