Ps system utility does not work

The PS command used to list the active processes in memory is not working properly.
1) Ps.exe is not built by the system utils MAKEFILE in Reactos\apps\utils directory
As a workaroung , ps.exe is built by command "make" in the appps\utils\ps
directory and then copied to system32\bin directory
2) the Ps.exe command does not display the list of active processes in memory ,
only the colom titles are displayed :
" PID PARENT TIME NAME "

Note : this ps.exe program is working properly on XP machine
