    Description

      Official 47961.
      Start -> run: "powercpl.cpl" shows "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND" and the debug log shows: (dll/win32/kernel32/process/procsup.c:1150) Can't execute a DLL
      If you use the full path "c:\reactos\system32\powercfg.cpl" it works.
