Displaced numbers on virtual desktop icons in 32bpp

    Description

      Tested on Vbox 3.2.6. This error happens since massive winesync in rev:
      http://svn.reactos.org/svn/reactos?view=rev&revision=47961

      To reproduce: boot to 3rd stage in 32bpp. Numbers on virtual desktop icons are displaced upwards by around 50% from their normal position.
