Regression: massive brush leak while running GDI benchmark from CrystalMark

Tested on VBox 3.2.6, this issue has been regress-tested to rev. 46758. To reproduce, pass the CrystalMark2004 to ReactOS, boot it to 3rd stage, then execute CM09GDI.exe - in the middle of the test, images drawn should turn black&white, with a debug spew of:
