REGRESSION: Can't download some applications with rapps

    Description

      Can't download applications with ReactOS Application Manager.Examples:
      SMPlayer- downloaded file is broken
      Audiograbber,7zip, DosBox - download window showes IPs, than link to file, than is closed(downloaded file is broken)
      Didn't tested all apps but i can download some of them (Miranda IM. Firefox 3.6, ScummVM)
      Tested in 0.3.12 branch r48920, bug also present in trunk. I'll make regress testing.
