Created an attachment (id=5399)
Fix short-circuit evaluation.
Reading credentials suffers from bad short-circuit evaluation, resulting in registry corruption being reported while its optional values don't exist.
Attached patch fixes this, and as a bonus it unlocks some advapi32:cred winetests.
