PATCH: win32k: Crash on appearance pane of display settings

Created an attachment (id=5590)
Debug log from the run.

On the "Properties for Display" control panel, brought up from the desktop context menu, choosing the appearance pane may cause a "Page not present" exception, leading to the kernel debugger.

This happens more readily in the non-debug run than in a debug run, but I could make it happen more readily in debug by bringing up the task manager, maximizing it, and then exiting it, then bringing up display properties.
