Cannot start application compiled with Visual Studio in ReactOS

I created a pure Windows-API based test project with Visual Studio 2008. I copied the CRT into reactos/system32 (msvcr90.dll). When I try to start this application in ReactOS, it gives me the following errors:

with all necessary project files to build the app and test it on your own. The Release Folder in the package contains the executable with and without manifest.
