REGRESSION: Can't install opera 9.51

Opera 9.51/9.24 tested in rev 50864.

This program was working some months ago, now I can't install it. When I launch the installer it opens a window with no title, it says "1158:", and an ok button. See attached screenshot. The last lines in the debug log show:
