win32k: first chance exception (Page Fault) at boot time

Version: ReactOS 0.4-SVN (Build 20110223-r50876)

Problem:
first-chance exception (Exception Code: 0xc0000005) (Page Fault)
Memory at 0x00000000 could not be read: Page not present.

To reproduce:
Install ReactOS
Go to "C:\ReactOS\system32\drivers\etc\" in Explorer
Create textfile "KDBinit" without file extension,
The content of the file has to be "set condition * first always"
save file and restart

The exception is "cont"-able.

Not sure but maybe it has something to do with following line:
err:(dll/win32/advapi32/service/sctrl.c:744) ScmrSetServiceStatus() failed
(Error 1722)
because this line is missing in the log if "set condition * first always" is
enabled

Not the best bug-report-summary/title - I know. I'm open for suggestions...
