      Created an attachment (id=5896)
      PATCH: explorer-new: show seconds v1

      This is a hack for explorer to show seconds in TaskBar. It reads REG_DWORD value named "blShowSeconds" from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.
