METABUG: comctl32 incompatibility

    Description

      Copying comctl32 from windows to reactos, despite that it boots, there are numerous bugs everywhere. All these issues should be reported as bugs and block this one. Please note that we should write down bugs with different versions of windows comctl32 (versions 5 , 6 or even more)
