Screensaver preview fixed position on dialog move

    Description

      Some screensavers draw the content on fixed position even if the dialog window has been moved to another position. Reason seems to be: The DC is acquired globally and not in WM_PAINT (see starfield vs maze) which may result in this error. This bug is not a duplicate of #3477, because it's a bug if non-GL screensavers too.
