DragKing: Wrong squares in tooltip message

Created an attachment (id=6309)
tooltip bug

Download and run:
http://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Skrommel/DragKing/DragKing.exe
Go to the Tray, activate in Settings the Message ToolTip option.
Then open the notepad, write something, select the text.
Text will be copied directly to Clipboard and also a tooltip will appear showing the number of characters selected.
The Tooltip message shows wrong squares in the message.
