cmd: Added no console (stdin) command line input handling

stdin command line input handling of backspace and Ctrl-H

If there is no console the command prompt handles no backspace or Ctrl-H, but just adds them to the string as characters.

Added a small piece of code which handles backspace or Ctrl-H and repositions the pointer to the correct insert point in the string.
