      Created an attachment (id=6424)
      debuglog

      VBOX 4.0.8 bridged, PCNET Fast III.
      Install ros to 3rd stage, install AC97, reboot, ros hangs while loading NDIS.SYS
      Debug log shows:
      (drivers/network/ndis/ndis/miniport.c:213)(MiniIndicateData) WARNING: No upper protocol layer.
