REGRESSION: ldr: cryptography-related winetest failures

The following winetests appear to have regressed following the LDR commit r52446:
crypt32:cert
crypt32:encode
crypt32:message
crypt32:msg
rsaenh:rsaenh
wintrust:crypt

In all tests, the following debug lines are encountered:
