services: No input from mouse or keyboard at 2nd stage

Output from boot to the loading of the second stage installation screen.

I grabbed a copy of the latest trunk build I could get (r53156) and tried to install it in VirtualBox. When I reached the second stage of installation, the mouse was non-responsive and the keyboard was non-responsive.

I tried installing it again using QEMU. No dice, same issue. The current configuration I have set for the ReactOS container in vbox was previously used and working with ReactOS 0.3.13 before I blanked it out.

VirtualBox Config:

Base Memory: 512MB
PAE/NX enabled, VT-x/AMD-V enabled, nested paging enabled
One IDE controller, one IDE hard drive (20GB), one IDE CD-ROM.
