cmd: TAB completion does not add "" to filename when its necessary.

      ... and probably other ascii values

      Lauching on CMD a file like :

      test(game).exe

      the name is wrongly interpreted (cutted) at first brachet.
      test(game).exe --> test

      i will add a screenshot.
