ldr: Ollydbg1 fails to initialise debugee

    Description

      This issue was regtested to rev. 52446 aka 2nd ldr update. Added to proper metabug.

      To replicate, run Ollydbg v1 or v2 and try to open cmd.exe. Analysis will be interrupted and exception detected. After passing the exception to debugee, an error appears stating that the app was not initialised correctly.
