Excessive caption flicker while changing main menu items

    Description

      When navigating the menu of a window there is a lot of flicker and repainting on the caption of the window. This does not seems to occur in Windows. In arwinss the repainting also occurs but it seems that some kind of double buffering is done, while in ReactOS the painting seems to be done directly.
