The ctrl+alt+del security window should be removed

The security window should be removed in favour of starting Task Manager directly.

Rationale:
There are five buttons in the security window:
1) Lock computer
2) Logoff
3) Shutdown
4) Task manager
5) Cancel

Button 4 would not be needed any more, and instead of button 5 you could simply close the Task Manager.

All shutdown options (including the three in the security window) should be available from the Task Manager as well as from the start menu.

I think it should be configurable which program gets started by ctrl+alt+del, but that this action should require some kind of privilege.
