gdi32_winetest: bitmap test big loop causes Testman to bail out

    Description

      This is a bug report to mark the fact that the test_mono_bitmap test loop in gdi32 bitmap winetest is
      too big and we fail many cases, leading to major debug spam and it causes
      testman to bail out.
