devmgmt: device listing should present correct CPU model

Created an attachment (id=6856)
device manager showing "processor"

It would be nice if Device Manager actually showed which processor(s) were detected instead of just a generic "processor" name. The code seems to be present elsewhere in ReactOS already, as seen in System Properties and the ReactX Diagnostics (dxdiag.exe).
