"Programs" and "Recent Documents" menues do not work.

Hovering the mouse on the start menu over "Programs" or "Recent Documents" will not do anything and once you move the cursor away the menu label for one of those two menus turn gray/disabled (depending which one you hovered over, for example if you hovered over both they will both turn gray until you restart reactos).
However the programs are still installed. You just have to start them from the "run" box. See the image to understand what I am saying.
