PATCH: REGRESSION: Unable to start VLC

    Description

      VLC 1.1.11 has regressed, this used to work.
      Trying to start it i get the exception attached in the debuglog.
      Regarding the shell32's addresses translation, i get weird things, dont know why.

      Tested with rev54260 and Vbox 4.1.4
