rapps: status bar - missing random characters

R54260: The text in ReactOS Applications Manager status bar does not display characters. At first I thought that this has something to do with romanian diacritics (in the window shot attached, it had to display "Numarul de aplicatii" with diacritics instead of 'a' and 't'), so I've tried the russian version. Although russian version has it's own character missing case, there are at least some non-english characters displayed properly.
