Ethernet controller RDC Semiconductor R6040 fails

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=7029)
      Crash with LAN connected

      On r54473 boot dbg the driver installs OK (I added it at first install reboot). Everything boots OK if I don't have any LAN cable connected. Once I do that it fails.

      Here is the driver I'm installing (Win2K version):
