SetupS: failure when calling 7z

SetupS is a Install Automation tool developed by Team LastOS and myself:

It can be used to install .apz files (7zipped archive renamed with a tag file .app):

You were able to use SetupS to install .apz in 0.3.13 but in the latest Trunk it fails, I assume it is not extracting the .apz file to gain access to the .app file, causing SetupS to report the error it does.
