REGRESSION: ndis: ADMTek AN983 hangs after installing driver

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=7118)
      Log with DEBUG_ULTRA

      Tested on real hardware with AMDTek AN983. This card was last reported to work in rev.40588

      In 54577, ROS hangs right after driver being installed. This happens with both XP and Win2k version of the driver, as early as in 46600. Regtesting is not possible due to intermittent regressions in that range. Full log attached.
