Shell32:properties dialog wont close

    Description

      1. Create new text document on desktop.
      2. Right click on command prompt shortcut on desktop, select properties.
      3. Right click on new text document, select properties.
      Properties dialog for command prompt shortcut wont close until properties for text document is closed.
      r54599, VMWare 8
      The same happens with r53001 and r52002
