cdfs: Changing the cd makes access to the cd impossible

I have for a while now had problems when I change from one cd to another one. What happens is the second cd does not show a listing in explorer when the cd icon is double clicked, the desktop is frozen, but the mouse can still be moved around.

Watching the putty output from Ros there seems to be an infinite loop, even after getting a back trace and starting normal output by typing 'cont', the loop seems to continue. I then had to press Tab-k to stop it.

I have now narrowed it down to between 52449 (desktop freezes) and 52325 where the desktop does not freeze, but you get a blank listing, which can be over come by closing the listing view, going back to the drive view and double clicking the cd icon, which then gives the listing.
