      Created an attachment (id=7241)
      Two system properties Dialogs with isconsistent values

      rev. 54886

      When I go to System properties, in Win XP on a work computer I get two 2.26 Ghz readings.
      The same properties dialog launched under VirtualBox shows one 2.26 Ghz and one 3.26 Ghz reading.
